Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to Alt Research Lab subscriptions (monthly, annual, and lifetime plans). Other community pods will also follow the Alt Trading refund policy. For disputes or questions regarding community pod refunds, please contact us.

Our monthly and annual Alt Research Lab plans are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days from the time of purchase, you may request a full refund.

Beyond the 30-day period, all sales are final.

The 30 day money back guarantee only applies to first time customers. If you have used Alt Research Lab in the past or had a previous subscription, you are not eligible for a refund.

If the user does not cancel before the next renewal date of their subscription, no refund is permitted.

Lifetime plans are covered by the same 30-day money back guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.

Our free TradingView indicators are provided at no cost and do not have a refund policy.
